Progress Report
Well i have now been back to work for just over 3 weeks on a phased return to work. Next week i am working 4 days in a row and the week after that i'm back to full time of 5 working days in a row. Before i went back to work i had big anxiety about going and also my mood was very low. Now i have been on Citalopram for nearly 4 months i'm feeling virtually back to my old self with no anxieties or worries about my fear of going back to work and my mood has much improved i feel happy and very relaxed...it's taking a few months to get here but i'm so happy to be here now.
Have to go back to the doctor one more time to sort out a repeat prescription ideally i would like to be on 20mg cit but my mood has been virtually stable on 30mg (30mg for 4 weeks) and i really don't want to do anything that would upset things at this stage. What do you guys think?
