HA causing havoc with my work commitments

My health anxiety makes it so difficult to face going to work.
Just thinking about having to go into work almost brings me to tears.
I just want to stay at home and hug my kids.
So far I have managed to force myself up in the morning through deep deep depression but it's getting so hard to face getting up in the mornings.
Does anyone else find going to work almost impossible when going through anxiety phases?

Definitely. I work on my own so it's hard to get motivated when you have no-one to talk to. I also find to difficult to actually concentrate on work and end up googling my symptoms etc
