Use your rescue remedy instead and have a bath with your epsom and lavender Whatever the outcome tomorrow you are doing the right thing so keep that thought with you and your dad is getting the best care possible.

I meant to ask you that Annie. The pharmacy had no rescue spray left to so bought the rescue drops. Basically, you just squeeze the pump on the stick and drop four drops on your tongue. It doesn't work for me I'm afraid.

I had a Lavender Bath with extra Lavender and took Diazepam and still I'm wound up to the last.
