Home alone

I am so happy with myself. I haven't been left alone in 4 weeks but i have now been at home on my own for 2 hours. I am so proud of myself[^]. If i can do then there is hope for all of you out there with this problem.

Nice one!
That's how I was this time last year.
At the moment, I live on my own which is lovely cos I can do what I want, when I want.
I can get to the end of the street here on my own and can get into busier places if I'm with somebody.

Are you going outside at all?

Hi Bubba I know how you feel, I go through the same situation as you, I cant be left home alone. When I do I go into a Panic Attack, what I found best to do was to read a book or do puzzles and not focus on how long you have got on your own before you have company. Now I can be left home alone, but I prefer to have my youngest stay at home to keep me company when my partner goes out.
