urge to take a full breathe

Im goin thru quite a anxious time, for about 2 months. Im becoming so aware of each symptom I get and really worrying about them thinkung each time that its a sign of something baf.
Over the last. 3 weeks ive been getting acid and bloating.Now im becoming full the minute I eat anything and when im eating or have eaten I keep needing to take a full breathe. I so aware of it and its like Ihave a tight feeling in the middle of my chest, that ive noticed feels tighter once ive ate. Is this anxiety or something more sinester xxxx

I have been having this for a while now, not all the time though thank goodness!

The feeling to take a full breath might be (possibly) that the bloatedness is causing your diaphragm to not be pushing the lungs up properly. Do you take antacids? Gaviscon is good, take it before a meal, don't eat too much, have smaller meals but more of them. That's what I am doing. Good luck.
