Feeling bad

I am feeling really bad today! Its like one huge panic attack. I am fed up of this i thought i was getting better. But its all gone wrong today WHY. I know that the panic wont hurt me but it scares me so much i just cant deal with it anymore. All i can think about is why me! why cant i be normal. I cant live like this anymore.

hi bubba i know how hard it is,and i always ask myself why me?????but then there are many people with anxiety or other illnesses an i expect they ask themselves that too.i really hope you feel better soo.just put it down to a bad day and try not to let it get to you.
(god,i should take my own advice!!!!)
