health anxiety about mole

Hey everyone, im needing help frm u all, currently on meds for HA and nw im stressing about a mole i have had all my life (im 28) it started to change after i picked at it in june and i cant seem to leave it alone.. 3 doctors have convinced me its fine bt ive convinced myself its growing :( it doesnt itch or puss.. Has only bled after ive messed with it, i look at it and c it growing by the day!! Is this normal with ha?? I will try upload a pic

If you have had it checked out by a doc then I wouldn't worry about it - they know what they are looking for.

Don't pick at it - leave it alone and forget about it - honestly.
