    ladies please help

    i am on my period at the moment and feel so tired and panicked.i feel worse at this time every month and cant cope.i start week before then go worse and worse until a few days after ive finished.what i want to know is why?what happenes to my body?what can i do?any advice please please anything.thanks for reading.

    Ditto - I would love to know why too, this time of the month ALWAYS makes me feel worse. I'm sorry i dont know why but i think there are some previous posts about it that we can check out.

    hi tam
    i know exactly how you feel. i feel so tired and anxious before and during my period. i have just started taking evening primrose oil with starflower oil. it has helped to make me feel better when i've taken it before although it doesn't help everyone. if you haven't tried it before give it a go, its worth a try. it helps hormonal balance.

    I am the same, i have been taking starflower capsules the last couple of months, they are for hormonal imbalance they seem to have helped with my symptoms. Your certainly not on your own as you can see !

    Hi Tam

    ME TOO! I realised the pattern last month. I had felt worse around that time. This month I tried to eat better and look after myself, taking multi-vitamins including b vitamins. This month was better though I was jittery for a few days. I'm definitely going out to get somer primrose oil or starflower.

    I think its something to do with the hormones because adrenaline is a hormone, and we ladies have the added excitement of all those extra hormones floating around at different times. Its like PMS with added interest! [8D]

    hi all thanks for all your replys.i have started taking evening primrose oil and b complex.will let you know whether they make a difference but need to give them 3 weeks to get in my system.feel alot better today,and happy to know i am not on my own with this,and that it is all anxiety related as yesterday i was thinking i had something serious wrong with me yet again.thanks to you all again tc tracy
