Cramping for three days but no period? Worried I'm pregnant

Hello guys, I've never really spoken about this topic on here before. But I've been having on and off cramping since Friday but no period. My period usually comes in the first week of the month. I did get it in the first week of January, and I know it's only the second day of the month but I don't remember having cramps for so long before my period actually started.

I didn't have actual intercourse this month, but I did do other things with my boyfriend so I don't think I could be pregnant. I'm not on the pill, but I googled cramps for three days with no period and they said it happens a lot with pregnancy. Im so terrified :(

Can you not just take a pregnancy test?

(The odds of you being pregnant without intercourse are sooooo slim. I bet you will start in the next few days.)

I'm going to wait a week before I take the test. But here's to hoping it comes.

I just want to add that my cramps are on and off, with a lot of gas, as well as it hurts when I press on my lower abdomen. Would it be possible to not have sexual intercourse, but genital to genital touching, then get your period 2-3 days later and not be pregnant?

Yes pregnancy can start like that lots of cramps and still no period. Perhaps you conceived at another time and not the time you are referring to?

Why are you still waiting to take a pregnancy test? Wouldn't that be the easiest way to get an answer to this question?

It may be, but then it may show negative until the hormone levels become high enough.

This is true, but from my understanding…..Jenn, aren't you quite a few days late now? The odds are that if you are very late the hormones will be detectable.

As Lucy said, if you conceived at another time (with actual intercourse) it could be a possibility, but just genital to genital touching…..HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY unlikely.
