I know we all suffer with anxiety/health anxiety around here, some days are hard and other days are just a flat out struggle. I know first hand, I've been dealing with anxiety most of my adult life and recently my health anxiety has made itself VERY known. But I just wanted to tell you all that every single one of you are in my prayers today. I'm praying everyone here can get a break from their anxiety and just enjoy the day, enjoying their families, friends, jobs, school, whatever you may be doing today. I know it's hard to let go of your symptoms, fears, anxieties but for today lets do our best to do just that, just have a day to enjoy life and not worry. I know it's WAY easier said than done, but lets just try, together.
