HI All

Im in the process of withdrawing from seroxat and have managed to reduce down to 6mg. I am suffering now with extreme anxiety and have recently started to take vit b complex and siper epa omega 3. I have heard that magnesium is also good for anxity but not sure how to take it.

I have heard that it is only advisable to take for a week? is this true? Also is it best to take on its own as magnesium citrate or with calcium - im so confused.
