Beta Blockers & Kalms

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any issues with taking Beta Blockers and Kalms tablets at the same time?

Ive recently started taking 80mg Beta Blockers and forgot to ask my doctor if I can still take my Kalms tablets if needed.

I think it depends on which beta blocker you are taking. I am on propanalol and the prescribing advice for Sainsbury's sleep aid is that it should NOT be used in conjunction with propanalol - but there is no mention of other beta blockers.

You might want to do a net search on both products - it might throw up an answer.

Sorry I should have mentioned, it is propanalol so I will steer clear till ive had chance to have a word with my doctor.

Probably a good idea to clear it with your GP. I know Kalms is a different product to the Sainsbury's sleep aid, but their contents may be similar.

I've just downloaded and burnt the Trance CD from Paul McKenna's website (through this website's link). I'm just off to listen to it now.

Will let the site know if it is successful in calming me.

By the way, what dosage propanalol have you been given?
