these dam feelings are back again

Hey everyone,

can i start of by saying thank you to all those who havve replied so far and for those who have read my fisrt topic, i hoped it assured someone out there that they are not alone in how they feel.

just need a pep talk right now, feelings down my neck and side are back again, and the thoughts are starting to race. dont like sounding negitive but 12 months on this i would think i would be feeling better.

is what im feling anxiety and very very bad tension, or is it something more?

just want to feel relaxed at calm, am i asking to much??????????

Hi Stephen,

What you have described definately sounds like tension caused by anxiety, have you tried relaxation cd's as these can be very good to help you relax and relieve muscle tension.

hey linda, yeah my upper left back is hurting right now, round my neck , face and left breast, is that normal, as it makes my anxiety worsem

starting to think that its something else, maybe i have a slipped collar bone or am i just crazy????
