Pissed AT MYSELF !!!!!!!
I stayed with a friend last night, me, her and our children had a sleep over, she has 7 kids i have 4! We had a blast, so i took my meds (cit) went to sleep.
Woke up in a full panic attack, could not breath, dizzy, felt like i was going to pass out, neck really tight felt like it was closing.......IM JUST SO FRUSTRATED
Had to wake my friend up, get a fan to blow on my face, a wet was cloth and she talk to me and i finally got calm and i also to a pill for the anxiety attack!!
WHEN WILL I GET PASSED THESE ????
