    Bit of reassurance required?

Hi all, so on Thursday I was just checking my mouth in the mirror and noticed a line of phlegm at the back. Cleared this out but due to be having tounge tie as a younger child I struggled with clearing it out. This led to me heaving and eventually vomiting slightly. I am also suffering with constipation and abdominal pain at the moment (if relevant). But after this episode my ?trachea? or whatever the long bone in your throat is, is quite sore to touch. Any one else suffer with this??

It's probably sore from the trauma of vomiting. Things are meant to go down, not come up. Just give it time to heal
