Hands and Feet

Hiya

Does anyone get prickly, /burning in their hands(tops of hands) and feet?Sometimes its really intense and painful and i cant concentrate on anything else [V]

Yes I get that, feels like pins and needles. I find I get it if I sit down for to long in the same position. I tend to just get up and walk about abit and then it dissapears. Very uncomfortable and annoying especially if your trying to sleep. Take Care.
