Dreading next week

my mum and dad r my rock help me with my daughter but next week they go on hols for a week and I am on my own with daughter now I am scared of being on my own with her incase she is I'll cause I have emetophobia but my cbt therapist said I haven't got emetophobia I dunno if I'll cope

You will cope... I have a three month old daughter and like you get a lot of help from my parents so when they went away for a long weekend I freaked out and cried a lot but I faced it head on and I did it... I took each day at a time I fact each hour at a time.. I feed her played with her and she slept and then all over again... When she slept I tried to relax.. Then at the end of each day I would think well I've done it today I can do it tomorrow and before I knew it they were back... It wasn't easy I'm not going to lie BUT you can do it and you will be proud of yourself afterwards... Good luck.. Plus you can always post on here for support xx
