    randomly feeling unwell

    hi,
i just want to ask if other ppl feel this..randomly when i think about it, i dont feel good, not quite ill, just not well...im ok most of the time, can go to the gym, no problems...but occasionally, i just dont feel good..im trying to hold off going to the doc again, ive been like 9 times in the last 10 months..so want to hold off till jan...also, on occasion, when i have been pretty stressed, i have woken up in the night and swore i was ill, with fever..but in the morn, all is fine again..is this a symptom of the anxiety?? does anyone else get this too???
its making me worry a bit that of course, something is not right...

    Hiya,

What you are experiencing is normal with anxiety, it can bring on so many feelings of being unwell, and like you say it is only when you think about it that they appear.

Stay positive and just keep reminding yourself that it is the anxiety doing it to you.

    Take care
