Male hot flahes?

Hi, so i was recently diagnosed with severe panic disorder.
i take 5mg valium
and i just started an ssri today for the anxeity.

so today after having sex with my girlfriend, my the top of the inside of my head felt like it was on fire from the inside, is hot flahes like this common?

I had no increase in tempature when i took my temp with a thermometer.
and i asked someone to feel my head and i feel cool.

Where was the heat? Everywhere or chest, or otherwise?

Also a cool thing that I know about the human body, is when you have a fever and you get the shivers, is because your brains thermostat has been increased and as your body raises to that temp (a fever) you feel cold.

I don't think your brain lowered your core temp to make you feel too hot, but it probably has to do with the SSRI. It's actually a legit symptom.
