I found some teachings of buddism online about depression and other subjects..Sometimes at night when im feeling anxious I have found other text about death,being fearful and other subjects that release the fear in me enough to relax and sleep most of the time .I just wanted to share this link below that explains what the buddist say about depression and how to handle it.I don't know if it will help anyone but it makes a lot of sense...
