hi all,

my tum is bloated out like im pregnant, and im male! it makes me struggle to breath and is really uncomfortable, any light you can shine on this please?

I am really really suffering badly with this at the moment after eating and the minute it goes off (2 or 3 hours) I'm hungry again.... I had forgotten this could be a big IBS problem - so glad I came and looked here! I have horrendous piles too so it fits...

I've never had it as badly as this last week or two though, really tender and painful and uncomfortable - I have a hiatus hernia and duodenitis so it's just all such a mess..

OOh I think I will try the lashings of Ginger Beer too (does anyone know of one without aspartame in it)!

I do the yogurt with the bacteria in for a bit of a boost too.

I have to say when I cut back on bread (of anysort even the lovely healthy granary sort) I ususally lose the bloating!!!

yeah i get this too. apparently people who are stressed carrying more fat around the middle. I heard it on This Morning so it has to be true!!
