Ibs question

Do you get low back pain with ibs/constipation.
Also does it trigger by anxiety/depression.
I've been massively anxious for days and I haven't been able to go to the toilet.
Of course I've got it in my mind that it's serious.
I've had the feeling like I need to go but haven't managed it. I'm on antibiotics for a UTI at the moment aswell.
Any tips on stuff that can make you go?
I don't have the best diet either. I'm going to the doctors on Wednesday as it's been on going since February. She gave me meds but still no help. She checked my abdomens and that in February and all was well is that a good sign? X

Hello, your message made me smile and feel better knowing there is someone that sounds like me! I have IBS but it has never been this bad.everything you said in your message sounded like you were talking about me.yes if I have not gone to the bathroom my lower back hurts till I do go.Gilly sent me a wonderful message once about IBS and it made me not focus on it so much.I do agree however when you feel horrid from it its very hard not to think other wise.will chat anytime,take care,Val
