check biteing has anyone also do this

I ofen bite my chackes with my back teeth from some weeks and got white lines on inside chackes. Have anybody bite their chacks and also got white stuff there.

Hi Paul.iv been doing this for years mate well before i developed mental health.i find after a while i get lumps in my mouth from to much biting.nowdays when i see myself going to do it i stop before i get stuck in.

lots of things can cause cancer but we dont nessasary get it.

Paul.all i did after years of biting my mouth was be aware when i got the urge i just didnt do it.even tho i wanted to.will power and awareness.works for me.i could bite my mouth right now bit fight the urge

I agree. In the end it's fighting the urge and as Greg also said, to identify when you are about to do it. I have done it for years. I have commented about it it the other thread mentioned here.
