waves of sickness??

hi guys

do any of u get this? for about a week i have been feeling sicky. i havent been sick and its very on and off but i always worry about sickness incase its the big "C". i have definately got a cold coming on, and my sinus's have felt bad for a week, do u think it could be this, and that im very aware at the moment of every little thing. im so looking 4ward to xmas but my anxiety seems to be getting worse and worse everyday. im hoping once its over will be ok, also i got the inlaws down on the 27th for a week and im stressing about the house.agggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Leanne,

I get waves of sickness all the time, I believe it is part of anxiety.

Since I started Citalopram as well, I have been very nauseus, and funnily enough I have been a bit sinusy too recently. Often when you have a cold coming you can feel sick.

Try not to think about it so much honey. x

dont worry its anxiety,every time i get feelings of general unwellness i try to put it down to anxiety hard to do at times i know but i try to think positive and not let my health anxiety spill over in to full blown panic i get sinus probs myself so i know what your going thru but now i try not to stress so much when they are playing up, try to chill out over xmas its only once a year
