prep medicine for colonoscopy

got to go for colonocscopy at the end of the month. Been sent the prep medication. fleet phospho-soda 24.4g/10.8g oral solution. It says the poss side effects are a heart attack, palpations (which i do get big time anyway) dont know what to do. When i last had this done i had fleet but it was is saches of a powered lemon drink that i took 3 x a day is this similar why do they have to change things!!!!! panicking badly anybody else had to take this was it ok.
