Hi Jessica,
Do you mean because your mood is low? If so, yes. If you feel the world doesn't matter then I've definately had this a lot.
If you mean like you feel you are outside time or your own physical being, then this sounds more like DP/DR. I haven't had this and its such a complicated one to understand if you haven't so I think you need some support of some of the members on here who have been through it. There are threads on here about it and there are active members who I've sene discuss it like PanchoGoz.
