nipple discharge?

Good morning everyone,this may sound ridiculous but is it possible to have nipple discharge and not know?.Let me explain,for the past few weeks there have been yellowish stains on my side of the bed(gross I know)at almost chest height and im worried its coming from my nipples.I don't have any discharge in the day and no signs of it in my bra at all.I do sweat quite a bit so could it be that,im so confused and terrified I might have BC.Im seeing my GP tomorrow but im sat here in tears.Any words of wisdom will help a lot,thanks everyone,Emma

I think yellow/white or even green discharge is not related to BC it's only when it is blood stained that it is a worry.

I would suggest wearing your bra at night with some tissue inside against your nipples, if its on the tissue then you will know for definite, but you are doing the right thing and your Dr will know what to look for better than you.
