guess what?
now i think, that i have the beginning of cotards disease, no im sure of it.
and the worst is i cant find nothing to calm myself down because there isnt simply anything about it on anxiety boards etc. and its freaking me out.

because i thought yesterday that i died the ay before without knowing. and then i got on internet and bam. i come out with this. because i have the symptoms of the first fase. and hypochondria is one of them [how ironic].

Aw, the internet is a hellhole for telling us we have things we didn't even know existed. Only just saw your last post and it sounds to me like it's slight depersonalisation associated with anxiety. Chin up.
