PLEASE HELP panicking over stomach pains!

I have IBS after getting norovirus in 2012 then I had gastroentritis I have got a HUGE phobia of vomiting I thought my anxiety was actually getting better until a few hours ago.

I haven't been constipated at all but I was last week quite badly I just passed a stool the first tiny bit was 2 little bits that looked like stones (sorry TMI) and then the second was much softer. Before my bowel movement I got very bad lower stomach pains to but I get really bad upper stomach pain too I am awaiting for a test on my gallbladder to see if its working properly both together has put me in pure agony to the point of even sitting up in bed is painful. I mainly feel it in my lower stomach its like a dull stabbing pain which I haven't had before.

What is wrong with me? I haven't eaten any new foods I am lactose intollerant with IBS

After you have gone does pain go away this happened to me for many years, have you tried fennel or nettel tea or aloe Vera juice they are fantastic
