Sore gland on neck

Left side of my next under. Y ear and jaw is pretty swollen. Very tender to touch. My nose is stuffy/runny and my ear feels full. Never hurt one one side like this before. I was super stuffy yesterday and woke up today with a sore neck but my throat doesn't hurt on the inside. Is this just an ear infection or should I worry???

Yep, probably just an ear infection or maybe a throat infection. Swollen glands that are tender are usually okay. It's when they swell painlessly that I'd worry
