fuzzy in head

Hi...I am on meds for health anxiety and have moved house recently and have forgotten to take my tablets a few days in tha last two weeks. Now I am experienceing the same lightheaded feeling I had before I started meds (which usually I feel excellent on). I am really fuzzy in the head and it feels really strange. I also feel a bit nauseous from it. Why would it do this after only missing one or two tabs???. I have been on them for a year. Anyway....does anybody else get this horrible feeling of dizziness. lightheadedness, funny sensation in the head as I am freaking out now. I was doing sooo good.

Yea I have the exact same sensations, definatly sounds like its due to the ol anxiety. I havn't had for more than a couple of months in which time i've seen ridiculous amonts of doctors and have recently seen a very good cardiologist and he says im suffering with health anxiety.

Lets hope we can all stop freaking out and empty our heads of ridiculous worrying thoughts so we can stop obsessing over them.

This is exactly what I have to when i forget to take my tablets for a few days.

You wouldnt think just by missing just two you could feel so bad.
