So lonely..

I feel so alone. I have zero friends to speak to. I sit here at night with my husband on one sofa, me on the other and i could be sat here on my own it wouldn't feel any different.

I know i am the reason i have no one, otherwise i would have friends, wouldn't i?

please don,t be so hard on yourself hun,have you got any hobbies or interests?if you find it hard to get out could you speak to family,friends by telephone?i know it does make you feel isolated sometimes hun,but hang in there things will get better!

Thats nice of you to say and i love the fact that people on here respond to me in such a nice way despite not knowing me...BUT...its not reality. People on here aren't going to come and see me, call me as a "Normal" friend would.

that is true sarah, but i have friends on here who i know i could turn to in my hour of need and i could pick up a phone and speak to them and vice versa. maybe you need to start thinking of people on here as good friends and maybe the ones who you are closest too open up to them a little, i know its hard, but when you are on this site you wuill makes lots of friends and some you will value more than others and it makes sense if you are feeling low to speak to them.

sorry for being open and blunt but that is how i feel and i have also had a crap day from hubby and i have ended up phoning a friend from here today and poured my heart out to her, and it does help honest
