Palpatations for no reason?

I could be sat here relaxed as anything then next minute bam! Hearts thumping away like mad :( So fed up grrr...

I've been worried about my heart only beating once when I feel it on my chest, idk whats wrong with it haha. Sometimes I get palpitations when I'm lying in bed, quite scary.

I'm slowly overcoming my anxiety at the moment, however, palps are one of the only things I can't seem to shift..... :s they are one of the most horrid symptoms.
