Singing!!!!

This may be obvious, BUT...

I've been singing along with my favourite (sad and happy) songs for the past hour, I feel like so much tension has been released from my entire body, I'm singing as loud as I can, I'm crying, I'm laughing, I'm dancing. It feels good!!

Singing and dancing allows your lungs to expand and any extra adrenalin to be used up, so its really good for anxiety
