sore throat and lump

hiya, does anyone know if citalopram causes sore throats? i know dry mouth is a side effect but my throat is very sore and i can feel a lump at the back of my throat and the soreness gets worse as the day goes on as does the lump!!

any ideas please :(

ive had this for 4 months..
the lump has gone now, but intermittantly sore, and last three days ive had a cough cause its kinda tickly...weird huh...
take care..
it is harmless and typical symptom of anxiety..so ive been told.
