Scaly pink patch on my calf

I worry about everything! One day I'm convinced I have bowel cancer the next breast cancer. I have a pink scaly patch on my calf . Now I'm worried I have skin cancer!

Thank you. I just hate that I worry about everything. It blights my life! Why can't I think that my symptoms may be harmless rather than life threatening? Every day there us something new .

You can't help feeling like this. It's the anxiety taking over. I feel the same.

I worry about everything. My health, money worries and family problems. There is many more.

This sounds very much like me. Three years ago I was really ill with depression and anxiety. My main anxiety is related to health. I took citalapram for 2 years and had CBT, both of which helped enormously but I know I'm not really "cured'. I'm considering referring myself back for further CBT.
Have you had any professional help?
