I eat dark chocolate covered ginger before bed to help sleep and the ginger helps with gas and reflux

I wonder what a can of Red Bull would do to us?

Hi there. I have to say I do find that when I give in to eating chocolate I am more likely to suffer with anxiety. It does contain caffeine, but I think its the sugar rush and low that affect me so much.

    Lisa.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
