Question for people who work out

I know it's normal to have a high heart rate during working out. With my wonderful anxiety now im freaking out i may overdo it. What If it gets to high? I follow a routine on Daily Burn so I have a instructor. Today was my first day back to working out since last winter, my heart feels very overworked almost on fire. I've been to a cardioligist in October and he said my heart is fine. How do I just have a good workout without worrying im gonna kills myself???

Take it easy to start with. If you haven't worked out for a while then your body won't be used to the exertion. Build your intensity slowly and let your body adjust. Going from doing little to doing a lot would tax anyone's heart.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks, it does a bit. I feel fine now. Just hate worrying so much about my heart that I have been told is fine!
