Feeling warm and unwell

Feeling warm but no temp and unwell for 2 months now. It's put my anxiety through the roof. Googling keeps showing up diabetes or lukeamia. So now I'm freaking out even more!
Blood test soon :(

I've had gut issues for 12 years and had gastritis last year, I wonder if my gut could make me feel unwell? It's such an awful feeling :(

Hey if it's any help I keep getting hot and cold constantly no fever been doing.it since my anxiety hit the roof which is over 6 months now I feel awful I even get hot sweats when I'm cold and cold sweats when I'm hot it's crazy xx

This happens to me multiple times a week. Normally when my acid reflux acts up, I get this warm and unwell feeling, but never with a fever.
