more than likely this has already been posted a while ago. Still, I was just wondering what hobbies people have and how has panic affected them, or how do they affect how you cope with panic/anxiety?

Hi Joel - I think you are right but couldn't find the thread on a search!
My main hobby is photography and it is perhaps fortunate that I started this in earnest a few months before I got the anxiety, although I have known how to use a camera for decades.
Because it uses the creative right hand side of the brain, it gives me relief from anxiety for a short while.
However, the down side is that I can't sustain this for very long - taking journies and being in crowds are largely out of the question. I'd love to expand my activity here, but I have just got to be patient!
