hi
been getting pain where the sharpe bone is at the end of your spine. I did some excersises on the carpet and from then on its been really tender. I think i have bruised the bottom of my spine. it hurts when ive been sitting down and then stand. It hurts when i strained to do a poop (sorry about that) andit hurts if i press it. Been going on now for over a month.
Anyone else had this. what did they do to clear it up.

looked up on google. seems to do with my tailbone. Got all the symptoms. Think i may of aggravated it by doing these excersies on hard floor. It does say could be tumors or bone cancer. Why do they always put that on anything you look up. Im sooo fed up with worrying about everything!!!!!!!
