    Feeling good

Monday I had an appointment with my therapist at the clinic. I had problems with the taxi's taking me there and back and we covered alot in my appointment which left me emotinal, but I coped with it.

Wednesday I went to the day centre and this time stayed the whole session. Last time I went I only stayed for half the time.

Today I went into town with my support worker. I didn't get out, but I stayed with her in the car for almost an hour. I was anxious but it did go down. I also coped when waiting for traffic, in traffic lights etc.

I also had an appointment Tuesday. At one time all these appointments would've felt too much for me. But today, after all my appointments I feel good. I've also noticed I'm actually starting to get excited about going out again.
