Ok thanks, I have wondered about those delivery programs before. It probably would be helpful when super busy.

Yeah, that's the main reason I signed up. By the time I get home from work every day, I just don't have time to figure out meals and end up ordering out a lot if I am home by myself. So it's not bad. And I usually have leftovers, so get more meals out of that.

    Hi
    I love meatloaf too!
I put a couple of slices of raw bacon in the loaf pan before putting the meatloaf in. This keeps the meatloaf from sticking and adds a nice flavour too

Having roast chicken, baby potatoes and peas tonight.

Yeah, we don't seem to have things like that over here. Nut roast is another one you hear on US films and we don't have that either.

I've had malt loaf though. That's nice.

I have been cooking a lot this week. I signed up for Blue Apron - do they have that in the UK? They mail you fresh ingredients and recipes. I'm only doing it while my husband is away because I don't have time to stop at the store after work and I hate figuring out dinner.

First night was a pasta dish with peppers and tomatoes, second night was curry catfish and rice, tonight was quinoa and veggie dish. I liked the first two, tonights was underwhelming. It needed more to it.
I don't think we have them over here but we do have other companies. Gousto is one.

I've had brochures for the odd one in the post but I can't remember the name but it was a similar thing.
