Depersonalization

Recently I've been having experiences of Anxiety/Depersonalization when I've been sleeping, I woke up with chest pains and got all negative thoughts, then sometimes when I wake up I don't seem myself and the other day I had a strange experience where people in a shop never looked real...anybody else have any strange experiences of this, and is this normal to have them when your sleeping?

You can get them at any time of the day or night I am afraid.

They take a while to go but can be very scarey and weird.

Phil,

This was my main symptom for sooo long. I thought I had got a brain tumour or was going to drop dead from a brain haemorrage [:I]

Once your anxiety levels start to drop then the unreal feelings will recede.

Horrible feelings though.
