Hello,I did a post like this back when I started here.I had loads of tests done because I kept needing to wee, they were all clear.I have now found out its anxiety. Its not there all the time, some days is worse than others. This is how I know its not serious because it comes and goes.
I try to relax myself when it comes. Some days Im bursting all the time, sometimes I get off the loo and find I need to go again straight away and its just a dribble. Its really horrid and it gets me really stressed out which of course makes it worse.Pm me anytime.

Yeah, me too when I'm anxious. It's the "fight or flight" instinct that makes your body empty out, so to speak!

    Hi,

Oh yes, that's one of my main symtoms.

I had all the tests performed and it was normal, anxiety was the cause.

I get this from time to time but I did have it for 3 months 24/7 until I accepted it was anxiety.

Urgency to urinate, Frequent urination, Sudden urge to go to the toilet

    What you feel:

You have an urgent need to go to the toilet, even though you may have just gone.

    What causes this:

High stress biology produces the need to eliminate. It does so because when the body prepares for action, it wants to eliminate all waste matter in order to make the body as well prepared for action as possible. Having all excess baggage removed, the individual will be at their peak readiness in order to ‘fight or run’ - the ‘fight or flight’ response, produced by the Emergency alarm.

This symptom is very common and often experienced by stage performers just before they are to perform. Unfortunately, for those who experience anxiety disorder, a high level of stress biology will produce this symptom, and as long as the stress biology is high, the symptom will be produced. That’s just how the body was engineered.

Some remedies include ant-acids, diarrhoea medication, relaxation and deep breathing.
