I have trouble falling asleep so I bought the Harry Potter audio books by Stephen Fry and listen every night without fail. Everytime I think I feel a symptom of whatever I think is wrong with me that day I make myself concentrate on his voice, my husband says he feels Stephen is now a member of our family!!!

Thats good. I used to do this with visualisation CD's and found it helped too because of finding a voice that worked for me.
I was watching Stephen Fry on a programme a while back and he was talking about his Harry Potter voice overs. He said a man once shouted across the street "my child goes to bed with you,. Stephen"

My daughter bought me the harry potter talking books when I was in
hospital. His voice really helped me to relax. hope you well hopey
