I find music really influences my mood ..I'm listening to Carly Simon 'Nobody Does it better' the words are great 'you're the best' ...well now that i've joined this when ever i hear this song i think of all of us on here... when i start to feel negative it reminds me that we are all strong people inside...

Hi Sarah, yeah it sure is. Music is the best..I try and listen to happier songs these days, even thogh slow sad ones are good i find i get too down so avoid them until i feel ok to listen to them

i have a mini radio play with ear phones and i always listen to it when going to school, ow thats if i remember it, lol

its good to listen to music as you are being put of the subject of panic etc
