I was having a weird sensation like a flutter under my lungs which has been going on for the past couple of weeks when lying on my side. This has me really worried someone as I believe it could be twitching which worries me. I dont recall getting it when not lying on side but I could have gotten in before which would be rarely. It feels like my breathing is also affected when this happens (feels like I have no air for a second) but I am not sure if this is just panic setting in as when I dont think about it I dont get the same feeling. Sometimes i get pain in the same places under my rib cage. I believe this could be bad posture but could this cause all these symptoms? Any replies are welcomed I need some help.
Also when lying on my side often I can feel a pulsating feeling which is a separate symptoms could this simply be my pulse?
