throat irritation for months and everything then strep throat now this

Had constant irritaiton on the right side of my throat where there was a stratchy kinda painful feeling. And also something felt like it was stuck on teh back of my tongue on the right side.

Last week I got strep throat on my left side where my tonsils were largely inflamed where I'm still taking antibiotics. That has subsided, however, today my soft palate on the right feels kinda sore especially when I swallow.

I looked at the back of my throat and saw that the back throat wall is quite inflamed ... with the vessels or lymph nodes at the back being swollen I'm a little worried -

Could allergies, reflux, snoring cause this? I have chronic sinusitis (which isn't controlled by steroids) and reflux, and I know I snore pretty badly.
