Does anyone know of any good books that try to teach you ways of managing health anxiety? Im really struggling and after a chat with my dr on friday was feeling reassured and bit more relaxed however today its really bad again (could be due to a degree exam tomorrow) Im really fed up, think ive got a rash on my lower back and all things are going through my head. Im gettin really stressed and keep snappin at my little one which is making me feel worse. I really dont know what to d,dr dosent really want to put me on tablets as mybody dosent accept them well. Been through cbt before but tbh fpund it useless (or was poss the woman taking it.)
